Practicing these highly effective exercises will activate Qi in your whole body. Qi as a life force and form of energy runs through our body channels, called meridians. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine these meridians, as a system of energy channels, exists parallel to our blood, nervous and lymphatic system. Qi runs through the meridians and the flow of Qi can be blocked by stress or illnesses. Practicing Zhineng Qigong supports the removal of these blockades, allowing Qi to flow freely again and provide you with relief and new energy. |

Master Luke Chan has practiced Tai Chi and Qi Gong over 40 years. Born and raised in Hong Kong he is currently living together with his family in Zhong Shan, appr. 1 hour from Hong Kong. He was the first teacher officially authorized by Dr. Pang Ming to teach Zhineng Qigong in the Western world. Together with his brother Frank Chan he established the Chilel organization in the USA and Canada to introduce Zhineng Qigong in the West. Chilel means therapeutic Qigong and includes all levels of Zhineng Qigong. Master Luke started to spread Zhineng Qigong from the USA throughout Europe. |
