Zhineng Qigong One Day Workshop
During this one day workshop you will learn the four Level 1 Zhineng Qigong exercises:
Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down Method, slow and meditative movements combined with visualization and affirmation, activating the Qi and unlocking blockades
Three Centers Merge Method, a standing, meditative exercise, leading to inner peace and relaxation and building up energy reservoirs within your body
Wall Squats, a powerful exercise, effectively pumping Qi through your body and strengthening the lymph system
6 Direction La Chi Method, a simple and highly effective series of movements with your hands which activates Qi for healing and inner balance where ever you are
After the workshop, you may choose which exercise, when and how often you will be practicing at home.
Many people benefit from just practicing the Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down method leading to a better health, greater power, inner peace, stability and a more balanced lifestyle.
After having completed the one day Zhineng Qigong workshop you are able to practice the Zhineng Qigong exercises on your own at home. If you would like to grow in your practice and deepen your understanding and application of Zhineng Qigong on a regular basis, the practitioner workshops are ideal!
We will practice different versions of the Zhineng Qigong methods and Gongs together. You will learn more about the theory behind the exercises and little hints and reminders will provide you with deeper and more intense practice. Your reservoir of Qi will be enlarged, and the Qi in your body will circulate more and effectivley.
Because of the Qi Field Theory practicing Zhineng Qigong in a group will enhance the learning and healing process. The joint efforts allow you to stay focused and to develop perseverance. Together we are creating a Qi Field experiencing more abundant Qi for healing, relaxation and self-cultivation.
The Body & Mind Method consists of 10 different sequences, also practiced individually. The movements contain elements of Martial Art Qigong and Traditional Moving Qigong.
The Qi is activated deeply inside your body, such as in the joints, bone marrow and connective tissues. Thus it is distributed and penetrates deeply into all structural levels within the body, including skin, muscles, tendons, blood system and bones.
