In today´s world BEING the strong, committed and aligned Leader to positively create impact and influence on individuals, teams, organisations and stakeholders, is a demanding, yet important challenge.

 

As a Level 1 facilitator of Worldsview Consulting, we are proud to offer "Nine Conversations in Leadership" as a unique intervention for organisations seeking sustainable, results-orientated leadership development. Unlike other leadership programmes, the "Nine Conversations in Leadership" intervention works at all the leadership levels of knowledge (head), values (heart) and behaviours (hands), supporting a holistic leadership growth and thus a long-term leadership development throughout the organisation. The intervention is applicable at every level of the organisation and utilises a process that adapts to the organisation´s context.

 

The "Nine Conversations in leadership" intervention is structured to effect alignment, transformational change and growth throughout an organisation. Leadership alignment is a critical component for harnessing organisational energy to achieve the organisation´s vision, value and strategy.

 


 

The process consists of nine facilitated conversations that occur within a small peer group (comprising up to 10 people), referred to as a leadership cell. The purpose of each conversation is to share and learn from one another´s leadership challenges and successes and to co-create ideas and solutions suitable for the cell´s organisation. 

 

Each conversation moves from a place of psychological safety -What knowledge exists?- to a place of development -How will I react to what the knowledge reflects and to what my peers and my organisation requires?- and thant to a place of action -What must I do to lead more effectively?-.

Leadership is a choice and its development is a lifelong journey that challenges us and demands do grow in all of these three realms.

 

The "white space" inbetween the conversations is equally important as it provides the space for real-action and further personal development within the organisational context. Action projects and personal development plans as well as 360 Feedback are supporting the creation of organisational change and transformation.
