Retreats with Master Luke in China

Master Luke offers monthly retreats in China, in his home town Zhong Shan, close to Hong Kong. Students from all over the world come together and practice Zhineng Qigong several hours daily. We practice exercises from the different levels and also learn and apply specific "Gongs“, which are sequences of movement specifically designed by Master Luke to focus on certain movements and activate Qi in specific areas of the body.

Master Luke`s enthusiasm for Zhineng Qigong and the lessons of Lao Zi (The power of Tao) are inspiring leading to a deep understanding and appreciation of Zhineng Qigong. Master Luke is passing on his knowledge in a intense, authentic and open way.

His teachings are deeply connected with the way Dr. Pang Ming originally tought and understood Zhineng Qigong and its healing possibilities. We practice at least 6 hours of Zhineng Qigong daily. During most of the retreats there are opportunities for group Qi healing and single Qi healing sessions. You are sharing a spacious appartment with other students in your own single room, enjoying Chinese vegetarian meals and truly experience a retreat of its own kind.

A park nearby offers the opportunity for an early morning practice and relaxing times during the lunch breaks. A Chinese doctor is available should you wish to benefit from the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments. At very affordable rates you can enjoy foot reflexology massages or whole body massages in a massage centre close by.
