The Body & Mind Factory offers you the possibility to get together for a joint practice at the beach in Cape Town! Beginners and practitioners are both very welcome!
We look forward to a sunny practice at the Clifton Nr. 4 Beach! Let us enjoy the pratice in this beautiful environment of beach, ocean and blue sky! This is also a perfect opportunity for you, if you do not know Zhineng Qigong yet and you would like to get a first glimpse!
