Flying Crane Qigong
Practicing these highly effective exercises will activate Qi in your whole body. Qi as a life force and form of energy runs through our body channels, called meridians. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine these meridians, as a system of energy channels, exists parallel to our blood, nervous and lymphatic system. Qi runs through the meridians and the flow of Qi can be blocked by stress or illnesses. Practicing Zhineng Qigong supports the removal of these blockades, allowing Qi to flow freely again and provide you with relief and new energy.
The Level 1 exercises are easy to learn and you can practice them for years while continuously experiencing new learning, excitement, healing and intensity. Your self-healing energy will be activated and the healing Qi will flow through the parts of your body in needs of cure. Healing will be possible on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Level 2, the Body & Mind Method consists of 10 different sequences, which can also be practiced individually. These movements focus more on the activation of internal Qi: The Qi is being activated deep inside your body, such as in the joints, bone marrow and connective tissues. Thus it is distributed and penetrated deeply to all structural levels within the body, including skin, muscles, tendons, blood system and bones. Level 3, the Five Elements Method concentrate on the five organs heart, kidneys, liver, lungs and pancreas. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) suggests that these 5 organs are linked to specific emotions and mental activities. Practicing the Five Elements Method will harmonize your emotional, spiritual and mental system promoting balance and inner strength. General Remarks The different levels are not meant to be hierarchical. The advanced Zhineng Qigong student would practice all levels regularly, however it is recommended to have practiced one level for a while before proceeding to the new level. Many Zhineng Qigong practitioners benefit already tremendously only practicing Level 1 exercises on a regular basis. |
